Groundbreaking customer engagement – A Simple VIP Case study
Lisa Rickhuss, CRM Manager, Simple – “The Onva approach has exceeded our expectations with now over 100,00 advisers! Not only has it proven that involving our customers makes them active advocates, but it has also delivered increased trial of our products and invaluable consumer insight that both de-risks our decisions and provides us with invaluable proof of concept for our retailers.
Finally, it has also provided the best consumer reaction to any product launch in the brand’s 50 year history – without any ATL support! Unsurprisingly, it is now central to our consumer strategy because it does all of these things at lower cost than traditional marketing methods and is a completely sustainable approach that is growing in impact every month. In short, it is an unqualified success”
